The meeting will start at 9:30 AM. If you are new to Zoom, you may want to log in ten minutes early.

We will be featuring two clinics:

In one clinic Mike Hauk, the Superintendent of the Alleghany Western Division, Division 12 of the MCR, will give a tutorial on painting Modelu and other 3-D printed figures. Mike will present some techniques that bring out the fine details on these newer generation of 3-D printed figures.

In another clinic, David Smith, of our own Susquehanna Division, will be explaining the steps he takes in doing his own laser cutting. He will discuss both the design process and the tuning of the engraving and cutting process.

We are also encouraging members to participate in our Model Showcase, where members share what they are working on. On Zoom, one of the easiest ways to do this is to share a couple of photos of your project (complete or in process). Photos from your smartphone are fine. Insert them into PowerPoint and have it open on your desktop. Then during the Zoom meeting you can share screen (typically it is a green button at the bottom of your Zoom screen) to discuss what you are working on with the group.
